Abstract
Autor se v diplomové práci "Řízení výstavbového projektu metodou Construction management" zabývá problematikou jednoho z dodavatelských systémů, který se v současné době používá v České republice. Teoretická část je věnována obecnému seznámení s projektovým řízením, výstavbovými projekty, dodavatelskými systémy a s různými nástroji používanými při řízení projektů. V praktické části autor aplikuje vybrané nástroje řízení na konkrétní výstavbový projekt a poukazuje na legislativní problematiku Construction managementu v České republice.
The author of the master's thesis 'Management of the construction project through the construction management' focuses on the issue of one of the project delivery method currently used in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the work focuses on the general familiarization with the project management, construction projects, project delivery methods and various tools used in the project management. In the practical part, the author applies selected management tools to a specific construction project and points to the legislation issues of the construction management in the Czech Republic.
