Návrh řízení recirkulace spalin automatického 100kW kotle na biomasu

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem řízení akčních členů již existující recirkulační tratě spalin 100 kW kotle na biomasu. K řízení jsou k dispozici tři akční členy: jeden recirkulační ventilátor a dvě automatické klapky. Pro recirkulační ventilátor je navrženo zpětnovazební řízení. Pro řízení klapek je vytvořen matematicko-fyzikální model, který popisuje část recirkulační tratě a vypočítává hodnoty poměrného otevření klapek v závislosti na požadovaných koncentracích spalin ve spalovacích vzduších pro dopředné řízení. Model je koncipován tak, že je použit v kombinaci se zpětnovazebním řízením, které odstraňuje odchylky koncentrací vzniklé poruchami. V diplomové práci je popsána úprava a kalibrace stávajících senzorů.This diploma thesis deals with designing of control of action elements of the recirculation conduct mounted on the 100 kW biomass-fired boiler. There are three action elements available: one recirculation blowers and two automatic valves. The feedback control is designed for the recirculation blower. The mathematical model is created for forward control of automatic valves. The model describes a part of recirculation conduct and calculate values of relative open of valves depend on the desired flu gases flows into the combustion airs. The model is meant to be combined with the feedback control, which can eliminate errors occurred due the disturbance. The adjustment and calibration of the installed sensors is described in the diploma thesis.
