Trauma triage pozitivní pacienti u Zdravotnické záchranné služby Karlovarského kraje

Abstract

Téma této bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na trauma triage pozitivní pacienty u Zdravotnické záchranné služby Karlovarského kraje. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá pojmem traumatologie, trauma triage pozitivním pacientem a hodnotícími kritérii pro trauma triage. Jako další rozebereme používající algoritmus v přednemocniční neodkladné péči a zmíníme legislativu týkající se zdravotnické záchranné služby a systému hodnocení kvality. Praktická část je zaměřena na retrospektivní analýzu dat z dokumentace Zdravotnické záchranné služby Karlovarského kraje a porovnává jednotlivé postupy výjezdových skupin. Cílem práce je nastavení interního auditu kvality pro trauma triage pozitivní pacienty v Karlovarském kraji, díky kterému by se kvalita péče mohla ještě zlepšit.

The topic of the bachelor thesis focuses on trauma triage positive patients within the Emergency Medical Service of the Karlovy Vary Region. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part examines the concept of traumatology, trauma triage positive patient and the evaluation criteria for trauma triage. As another, we will analyze the alghorithm in pre- hospital emergency care and mention legislation regarding the emergency medical service and quality assessment system. The practical part focuses on the retrospective analysis of data from documentation of the Emergency Medical Service of the Kaqrlovy Vary Region and compares the individual procedures of the response groups. The aim of the thesis is to set up an internal quality audit for trauma triage positive patients in the Karlovy Vary Region, which could further improve the quality of care.
