VÝZKUMNÉ CENTRUM UMĚLECKÉ SBÍRKY RODU LOBKOWICZ

Abstract

Cílem projektu je návrh výzkumného centra s archivy, který naplní současné potřeby instituce Lobkowiczké sbírky kvalitního pracovního zázemí a nabídne prostory pro archivaci a správu uměleckých děl, v současnosti uložených v nedostačujících prostorách suterénu Zámku Nelahozeves. Projekt se dále zabývá hlavní polohou zámeckého areálu, kde hledá a doplňuje chybějící atributy zámeckého areálu dle původních kompozičních pravidel. Snahou je obnovit přerušené funkční a pohledové vazby mezi existujícími hmotami prostřednictvím nově navrhovaného domu a reminiscentní obnovou zahrady a parku.

The aim of the project is to design a research center with archives that will meet the current needs of the Lobkowicz institution for quality work environment and offer spaces for the archiving and maintaining of artworks currently deposited in the insufficient premises of the Nelahozeves Castle basement. The project also deals with the main location of the chateau complex, where it seeks and completes the missing attributes of the area according to the original compositional rules. The aim is to restore interrupted functional and visual links between existing volumes through the newly designed building and reminiscent restoration of the garden and the park.
