Porovnání nákladů na inteligentní a běžné budovy pro projekt SMART Prague

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je ekonomické posouzení provedení běžného zateplení stávajících objektů a transformace objektů na inteligentní budovy. Ekonomické posouzení je provedeno na 20-ti objektech veřejných budov na území hlavního města Prahy. Varianta transformace objektů na inteligentní budovy byla převzata z dokumentu, na který tato diplomová práce navazuje. Varianta inteligentních budov je dále rozvinuta a je porovnávána s nově navrženou variantou, kterou je provedení běžného zateplení. Pro objekty je vypočítána spotřeba energie ve všech třech variantách. V ekonomickém vyhodnocení jsou vypočítány investiční náklady a provozní náklady včetně určení návratnosti investice.The subject of the diploma project is the economic assessment of the implementation of the current thermal insulation of existing buildings and transforming objects into intelligent building. Economic assessment is carried out on 20 objects of public buildings in the capital city of Prague. Option transform objects into intelligent building was taken from a document to which this diploma project follows. Variant of intelligent buildings is further developed and is compared with a newly proposed variant, which is to perform conventional insulation. For objects is calculated energy consumption in all three variants. The economic evaluation are calculated investment costs and operating costs, including the determination of return on investment.
