Fyzioterapie po ortopedických operacích ramenního a akromioklavikulárního kloubu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou fyzioterapeutické intervence po ortopedických operacích ramenního a akromioklavikulárního kloubu. Ze široké škály operačních výkonů je vybrána totální endoprotéza a luxace akromioklavikulárního kloubu. Teoretická část zahrnuje informace o anatomii, kineziologii, ortopedii a rehabilitaci ramenního pletence. Cílem je zjistit vliv vybraných terapeutických jednotek na zvýšení rozsahu pohybu a snížení bolesti ramenního kloubu. Dalším cílem bylo vytvořit instruktážní film pro pacienty o rehabilitaci po operacích ramenního kloubu. Speciální část bakalářské práce se věnuje rozboru čtyř kazuistik, je stanoven krátkodobý a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán a jsou popsány jednotlivé terapeutické jednotky. Výstupní kineziologické rozbory jsou následně shrnuty ve výsledcích, dle kterých je vyhodnocen průběh terapie a její přínos.

The bachelor's thesis deals with an issue of physiotherapeutic intervention after orthopedic surgery of the shoulder joint and acromioclavicular joint. Total endoprosthesis and dislocation of the acromioclavicular joint are selected from a wide range of surgical procedures. A theoretical part includes information about anatomy, kinesiology, orthopedics and rehabilitation of the shoulder girdle. The aim is to determine the effect of selected therapeutic units for increasing a range of motion and reducing shoulder pain. Another. goal was to create an instructional film for rehabilitation of patients after shoulder joint surgery. A special part of the bachelor's thesis deals with an analyses for four patient cases. Short-term and long-term rehabilitation plans are determined and individual therapeutic exercise units are described. Output kinesiological analyses are then summarized in results, where benefits of individual therapeutic courses are evaluated.
