Získávání, výběr a přijímání zaměstnanců ve vybrané firmě

Abstract

Tato práce se zaměřuje na proces získávání, výběru a přijímání zaměstnanců ve vybrané firmě. V teoretické části je definován proces získávání, výběru a přijímání zaměstnanců včetně metod. Praktická část popisuje vybranou firmu, její strukturu, činnosti personálního oddělení a opírá se o teoretickou část, kde využívá metodu rozhovoru a následnou analýzu stavu. V závěru jsou obsaženy doporučení na zlepšení.

This thesis is focused on the process of acquisition, selection adn recruitment of new employees in the selected company. In theoretical part there is defined the process of acquisition, selection and recruitment of new employees including the methods being used. The practical part describes the selected company, it´s structure and activities of HR department. It is also linked to the theoretical part as the interwiev method and subsequent status analysis are being used. The conclusion covers recommendations regarding possible improvements.
