Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou statistiky výročních zpráv energetických regulátorů. V první části prozkoumává obsah výročních zpráv energetických regulačních úřadů vybraných evropských států, specificky České republiky, Slovenska, Německa a Rakouska. V následující části popisuje možnosti využití databázových systémů a modelů za pomoci dotazovacího jazyka SQL k optimálnímu strukturování dat. Dále práce pokračuje možnými rozšiřujícími studiemi statistické analýzy dat z elektrizační soustavy České republiky. Zaměřuje se hlavně na využití histogramů, krabicových diagramů, bodových diagramů a modelování pomocí regresní analýzy.
This diploma thesis deals with annual statistical reports of energy regulators. In the first part it goes through the contents of selected energy regulators from European union, specifically Czech republic, Slovakia, Germany and Austria. In the next part it describes the use of database systems and models with the help of SQL to optimally structure data. Then follows up with possible expanding studies of statistical analysis regarding electrical grid of Czech republic. It focuses primarily on the use of histograms, boxplots with whiskers, scatter plots and modeling using regression analysis.
