Frakční vlastnictví a jeho dopady v letecké dopravě

Abstract

Frakční vlastnictví letadel je jedním z druhů vlastnictví business letadel. Bakalářská práce popisuje jeho princip a zmiňuje také další druhy vlastnictví letadel. Práce dále obsahuje rozlišení legislativy frakčního vlastnictví na území USA a Evropy včetně příkladů fungujících společností nabízející frakční vlastnictví. Následuje popis proměnných v modelu frakčního vlastnictví. Součástí práce je případová studie největší společnosti zaměřené na programy frakčního vlastnictví NetJets. V závěru práce je vytvořen fiktivní model založení společnosti nabízející frakční vlastnictví zahrnující nastínění nákladů a výnosů této společnosti.

Fractional aircraft ownership is a type of owning a business aircraft. The bachelor thesis is describing its principal and also mentions other types of aircraft ownership. The thesis contains differentiation of legislation on fractional ownership in the USA and Europe including examples of working companies offering the fractional ownership. The following is the variables description in a model of fractional ownership. The thesis includes the case study of the biggest company that focuses on fractional ownership programs, NetJets. In the conclusion of the thesis the model of founding a company offering fractional ownership was created, including outline of costs and profit of that company.
