Předprotetická fyzioterapie po transfemorální amputaci dolní končetiny s využitím interim TF protézy

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je předprotetická fyzioterapie po transfemorální amputaci dolní končetiny s využitím interim TF protéz. V teoretické části se bude práce zabývat vysvětlením pojmu amputace, příčinami vzniku diagnóz indikujících následnou amputaci dolní končetiny a typy amputací včetně určení výšky amputace. Dále se bude práce zaměřovat na problematiku interim protéz, jejich stavbou, významem pro pacienta a následným nácvikem chůze s protézou. Poslední část práce se bude týkat kompletní fyzioterapie jako celku, která je nezbytnou součástí po amputacích. V praktické části se bude práce zaměřovat na kazuistiku předprotetické fyzioterapie dvou věkově i diagnosticky rozdílných pacientů po transfemorální amputaci. Důraz bude kladen především na nácvik chůze za pomoci interim TF protéz.The subject of this bachelor thesis is pre-prosthetic physiotherapy after transfemoral lower limb amputation using interim TF prostheses. The theoretical part of the thesis will deal with the explanation of the concept of amputation, causes of diagnoses indicating subsequent lower limb amputation and types of amputations including the determination of the amputation height. Furthermore, the thesis will focus on the issue of interim prostheses, their construction, their importance for the patient and subsequent training of walking with a prosthesis. The last part of the thesis will cover the complete physiotherapy, which is an essential part after amputations. The practical part of the thesis will focus on a case study of pre-prosthetic physiotherapy of two patients of different ages and diagnoses after transfemoral amputation. The main focus will be on gait training with the help of interim TF prostheses.
