MOBILITA A MĚSTO

Abstract

Převážně rovinatá krajina dosud podporovala expanzivní růst města a vznik aglomerace Tábor - Sezimovo Ústí - Planá nad Lužnicí. Její chod stojí z velké části na motorové dopravě. Veřejný prostor je tak stále více privatizován pod koly aut. Ambicí projektu je vytvořit podmínky motivující k využívání alternativních druhů dopravy a integrovat cyklisty a pěší, kteří mají v dnešním městě stále méně prostoru.

The predominantly flat countryside has so far supported the expansive growth and formation of the city and urban agglomeration Tábor - Sezimovo Ústí - Planá nad Lužnicí. The agglomeration is largely sustained by motor transport and thus the public space is increasingly suppressed under the wheels of cars. The ambition of the project is to create conditions motivating the use of alternative types of transport and to integrate cyclists and pedestrians who have less space in today's city.
