Radikalizace a extremismus obyvatelstva jako aktuální bezpečnostní hrozba pro vnitřní bezpečnost státu

Abstract

Problematika radikalizace a extremismu občanů České republiky se v současné době stává velmi aktuálním tématem. Důvodem je zejména vzrůstající napětí mezi většinovou a minoritní společností v Evropě. Teoretická část je věnována základní pojmům, legislativě a indiciím, kterými se projevují sympatizanti extremistických skupin přiklánějící se k pravicovému/ islamistickému extremismu a radikalismu. Dále budou rozebrány protiprávní činy s extremistickým podtextem. Praktická část bude zaměřena na kazuistiky čtyř soudních kauz z let 2014 až 2019, které byly analyzovány a následně porovnány. V závěru práce jsou provedeny komparace kazuistik a verifikace hypotéz, z nichž jednoznačně vyplývá, jaký je vliv rizikových projevů v prostředí České republiky a představena důležitost prevence rizikových faktorů radikalismu a extremismu. Výsledkem práce bude návrh možností prevence předcházení hrozeb ze strany extremistických nebo radikálních skupin ohrožujících bezpečnostní systém ČR.

The problematics of radicalisation and extremism among Czech citizens is currently becoming a very topical issue. This is mainly due to increasing tension between major and minor companies in Europe. The theoretical part is devoted to basic concepts, legislation and indices that show sympathizers of extremist groups inclined toward right-wing / Islamist extremism and radicalism. Furthermore, unlawful acts with extremist subtext will be dismantled. The practical part will focus on the case reports of the four court cases from 2014 to 2019, which were analysed and then compared. At the end of the work, comparisons are made of the case and verifications of hypotheses, which clearly indicate what the effect of risk manifestations in the environment of the Czech Republic is and present the importance of preventing risk factors for radicalism and extremism. The work will result in the design of options for preventing threats from extremist or radical groups that endanger the Czech Republic's security system.
