Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá investicí v oblasti bydlení. Informuje o investování na trhu bydlení. Zrealizování koupě nemovitosti. Popisuje výhody a nevýhody panelákového bydlení. Informuje o právních vztazích k nemovitostem. Dále je v práci analyzován trh realit. Autor navrhl rekonstrukci bytové jednotky včetně rozpočtu. Dále je uvedeno finanční plánování projektu. A nakonec je bytová jednotka oceněna.
This thesis deals with investment in living. Informs about investments in the residential market. Implemented purchase of real estate. It describes the advantages and disadvantages of prefab housing. Informs on legal relations to real estate. The thesis also analyzed offer on the property market. The author suggested reconstruction of living units, including the budget.
