Abstract
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku údržby dopravní infrastruktury za použití zásad facility managementu. Jedná se o syntézou dvou oborů, které dosud nebyly příliš provázány. Práce obsahuje zpřehlednění problematiky, zpřesnění obecných požadavků normy řady ISO 41000 pro konkrétní potřeby správců pozemních komunikací a následně rozbor vybrané současnou smlouvu na zajištění zimní údržby s hodnocením, jak jsou v praxi uplatněny zásady facility managementu. Práce zohledňuje moderní trendy v oblasti správy nemovitostí včetně možnosti využití výpočetní techniky.
The diploma thesis is focused on transport infrastructure maintenance using the principles of facility management. It is a synthesis of two disciplines that have not been very tightly integrated so far. The work contains the overview of the issue, specification of the general requirements of the ISO 41000 series for the specific needs of road managers and then an analysis of a selected contract for winter maintenance with an evaluation of how the principles of facility management are applied in practice. The work takes into account modern trends in real estate management, including the possibility of using computer technology.
