Analýza odměňování zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku XY

Abstract

Bakalářská práce obsahuje personální pohled na systém odměňování a motivaci zaměstnanců. Systém odměňování a motivace jsou hlavními prostředky, jak dosáhnout efektivně stimulovat zaměstnance, aby splnili vytyčené cíle společnosti a zároveň, aby zaměstnanci měli zájem o další sebevzdělávání, proto by systém odměňování měl být sofistikovaný. Hlavním cílem práce je srovnání systému odměňování a motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti XY s výstupem dotazníků, které vyplnili zaměstnanci v též společnosti. Na základě šetření nalézt nedostatky a navrhnout vhodnější řešení pro společnost.The bachelor thesis contains a personal view of the system of remuneration and motivation of employees. The remuneration and motivation system is the main means of achieving effective incentives for employees to meet the company's stated goals and, at the same time, employees are interested in further self-education, so the remuneration system should be sophisticated. The main objective of the thesis is to compare the remuneration and motivation system of employees in selected company XY with the output of questionnaires completed by employees in the company as well. Based on the survey, find shortcomings and suggest a more appropriate solution for society.
