Analýza a návrh zlepšení procesů managementu inovací v době Koronavirové krize

Abstract

Pandemická krize COVID-19 ukázala, že mnoho společností nebylo připraveno na narušení byznysu tak velkého rozsahu. Podniky nedokázaly přejít na dálkovou práci a nové technologie a opustily trh. Cílem této bakalářské práce je ukázat, že firmy s úspěšným řízením inovací mají větší konkurenční výhodu a vyšší pravděpodobnost, že přežijí krizi. V teoretické části se čtenář může seznámit s popisem nepřetržitých inovací, jejich nezbytností v rychle se rozvíjejícím „digitálním věku“. Práce se zabývá problémy týkajícími se mobility společností, jejími schopnostmi přizpůsobovat se a zavádět nové technologie. Jelikož se bude jednat o řízení inovací v době krize, práce pojednává také o řízení kontinuity podnikání a likviditě kapitálu. Analytická část obsahuje charakteristiku a popis vybrané společnosti pomocí SWOT analýzy, analýzu finanční výkazů společnosti a analýzy celosvětových průzkumů, popis řízení kontinuity činností, řízení inovací a popis organizační kultury a struktury společnosti. Na konci práce jsou uvedena základní doporučení a shrnuty výsledky.The COVID-19 pandemic has shown that many companies have not been ready for such a large business disruption. The companies that had not been able to switch to remote work and integrate new technologies left the market. The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to show that the companies with successful innovation management have a greater competitive advantage and a higher chance of surviving the crisis. In the theoretical part, the reader can get acquainted with the description of continuous innovations, their necessity in the rapidly evolving "digital age". The work deals with problems related to the mobility of companies, their ability to adapt and to adopt new technologies. The work also describes business continuity management and capital liquidity in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The analytical part contains the characteristics and description of the selected company using SWOT analysis, analysis of the company's financial statements and analysis of global surveys, a description of business continuity management, innovation management and a description of organizational culture and company’s structure. At the end of the work, the basic recommendations are given and the results are summarized.
