Návrh aplikace pro správu akciových portfolií

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout business model projektu, jehož cílem je vytvoření aplikace pro správu akciových portfolií. Práce obsahuje praktickou část, ve které je s pomocí dostupných nástrojů vytvořen business model aplikace, odhadnut harmonogram projektu a jeho náklady a výnosy včetně návratnosti. Na základě tohoto business modelu jsou navrhnuty persóny reprezentující potenciálního zákazníka produktu. S využitím metody Design Thinking jsou provedeny hloubkové rozhovory se zákazníky, kteří reprezentují definované persóny. V další části práce jsou získané poznatky využity pro analýzu a návrh této aplikace. Na základě této analýzy a návrhu je implementován prototyp aplikace.The main goal of this master's thesis is to design business model of project, whose goal is to create application for stock portfolio management. The thesis contains practical part, where with the help of provided tools the business model of application is created and schedule of project, incomes and expenses including its return of investment are estimated. Based on this business model there are designed personas who represent potential customers of product. Using Design Thinking method there are realized in-depth interviews with potential customers, who represent before defined personas. In the next part of thesis, gained knowledge is used for analysis and design of this application. On the basis of these analysis and design, the application prototype is implemented.
