Abstract

Objekt vinařství se nachází na vrchu Leskoun u Olbramovic u Moravského Krumlova. Objekt slouží pro výrobu, skladování a degustaci vína, přespávání pracovníků a odpočinku návštěvníků. Stavba je částečně zapuštěna ve svažitém terénu, orientace objektu je především na jihozápadní stranu. Prostory pro degustaci a návštěvníky se nachází v prvním nadzemním podlaží v jihovýchodní části. Severozápadní část prvního nadzemního podlaží je určena pro pracovníky, hlavní vinařská výroba a sklady se nachází v podzemních podlažích, kde je hlavním určujícím prostorem dvoupatrová tanková hala s ochozem. Koncept vinařství je představa pevně ukotveného výrobního domu v krajině, se kterou spolupracuje pomocí zasazení a užití přírodních materiálů.The object of winery is situated on the hill Leskoun in Olbramovice near Moravský Krumlov. The object is used for wine production and a wine degustation, for accommodation of staff and relaxation of guests. The building is partly embedded into the hillside. It is oriented to the south-west. The premises for degustation are in the first floor in the south-east part of the winery. The first floor of the north-west part of the building is designated for the staff. The main wine production and the storerooms can be found in the underground floors where the main part, a tank hall with a walked-on gallery, is situated. The concept of the winery is to create an industrial building anchored in the landscape. The building collaborates with the landscape owing to its placement and the use of natural materials.
