Technologie virtuální reality a její možné uplatnění v lázeňské péči

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením uplatnění technologie virtuální reality v rámci komplexního lázeňského pobytu. Práce je zaměřena převážně na pacienty s vertebrogenním algickým syndromem. V teoretické části je vysvětlena technologie virtuální reality a její dosavadní využití skrz různé obory, a to především v oblasti zdravotnictví, rehabilitace a převážně lázeňství. Je zde také popsána struktura lázeňské péče a její současné směřování. Metodická část je věnována popisu využitých vyšetřovacích metod použitých pro sběr dat a popisu terapie. Speciální část obsahuje naměřená data, která jsou zhodnocena v kapitole výsledky. V diskusi se projednává, jakou mírou je terapie virtuální realitou efektivní na základě získaných výsledků a porovnává je s jinými studiemi. Závěrem byl zjištěn pozitivní vliv terapie na efektivní trénink pohybu horních a dolních končetin, svalstva trupu, uvolnění svalových spasmů, posílení oslabeného svalstva a zmírnění bolesti. Lze proto předpokládat, že technologie virtuální reality dokáže výrazně pomoci při komplexní lázeňské péči.The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the application of virtual reality technology within a complex spa stay. The thesis focuses mainly on patients with vertebrogenic algic syndrome. The theoretical part explains the virtual reality technology and its current use through different fields, mainly in the field of health care, rehabilitation and mainly in the spa industry. It also describes the structure of spa care and its current direction. The methodological part is devoted to the description of the investigative methods used for data collection and the description of the therapy. The special section contains measured data, which are evaluated in the following results section. The extent to which virtual reality therapy is effective based on the results obtained is discussed and compared with other studies. In conclusion, the therapy was found to have a positive effect on the effective training of upper and lower limb movement, trunk muscles, muscle spasm release, strengthening of weakened muscles and pain relief. Thus, virtual reality technology can significantly help for complex spa care.
