Technologie stavění z konopného betonu

Abstract

Účelem této bakalářské práce bylo zmapování možností využití konopí jako materiálu ve stavebnictví. Hlavní oblastí zájmu je čím dál více používaný materiál známý pod názvem konopný beton. V České republice zatím nejsou k dispozici ucelené podklady, které by poskytovaly detailní popis práce s tímto materiálem. Autorka definuje technologický postup míchání a následné betonáže konopným betonem, sestavený na základě poznatků ze stavby a ze záznamů zkušeností lidí, kteří s tímto materiálem již pracovali. Pro účely technologického postupu bylo nezbytné stanovit normohodinu betonáže. Autorka získala hodnotu normy času přímým měřením, přesněji metodou snímku pracovní operace.The motivation of this thesis was to map the usage possibilities of hemp in construction, it is primarily focused on hempcrete which is getting more and more attention nowadays. At the moment, there are no complete sources which would provide detailed instructions for work with this material in the Czech republic. The author defines a technological process of mixing and placing the hempcrete based on knowledge gained at the construction sites and the experience of people who have already worked with this material. For the technological process purposes, it was necessary to determine the Standard Hour for working with the hempcrete. The Time Standard was determined by direct measuring using the technique of Diary Method.
