Zkušební zařízení pro testování kuželových ozubených kol

Tato práce pojednává o návrhu elektricky uzavřeného zkušebního okruhu pro testování kuželových ozubených kol. Jedná se o experimentální stanoviště, na kterém je možné testovat kuželová kola různého materiálu, převodového poměru a modulu. Zařízení umožňuje vnášet nerovnoměrný záběr a sledovat různé typy mazání. Práce dále pojednává o návrhu vlastních čidel pro měření krouticího momentu a následném experimentálním měření na těchto čidlech. V této práci je provedena MKP analýza vybraných dílů stanoviště.

This thesis deals with design of an electrically closed test circuit for testing bevel gear wheels. It is an experimental stand which allows to test bevel gears of various materials gear ratio and modulus. The device allows to enter uneven engagement and track different types of lubrication. The thesis also deals with the design of sensors for measuring the torque and experimental measurements on these sensors. In this work is performed FEM analysis of selected parts of the stand.
