Simulace interní logistiky ve výrobním podniku

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou interní logistiky. Blíže je přiblížena problematika skladovacích systémů. Práce se dále zabývá simulacemi – jejich historickým vývojem, přednostmi a omezeními, zaváděním v podniku a tvorbou simulačních projektů. Následuje popis důležitých pojmů a funkcí vybraného simulačního softwaru, který je použitý v praktické části. Praktická část diplomové práce je věnována tvorbě simulačního modelu v softwaru FlexSim, kde je simulováno skladování dvou stupňů výroby. Na základě tohoto modelu a provozních dat jsou navrhnuty indikátory pro zhodnocení současného stavu.This master thesis deals with the issue of internal logistics. The problem of warehouse systems is presented in more detail. The thesis also deals with simulations - their historical development, advantages and limitations, implementation in the enterprise and the creation of simulation projects. This is followed by a description of important concepts and functions of the selected simulation software used in the practical part. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the creation of a simulation model in the FlexSim software, where two stages of production logistics are simulated. On the basis of this model and operational data, indicators are proposed to evaluate the current.
