Krizová opatření na letišti a v letecké dopravě v souvislosti s nákazou Ebola

Abstract

Bakalářská práce popisuje mimořádně nastavená protiepidemická opatření v letecké dopravě v souvislosti s možným šířením viru Ebola, která byla zavedena v roce 2014 v České republice. V úvodu práce jsou uvedeny základní informace o hemoragické horečce Ebola, preventivní a represivní protiepidemická opatření a připravenost složek Integrovaného záchranného systému. V praktické části práce je porovnáno několik postupůpro řešení mimořádné události s potenciálně infikovaným cestujícím na palubě letadla. Pro účely bakalářské práce jsou porovnávány dvě nejrozsáhlejší taktická cvičení Integrovaného záchranného systému, která proběhla na letištích v Praze a v Brně. Cílem práce je nejenom objasnit problematiku vysoce nakažlivé nákazy v prostředí letecké dopravy, ale i doporučit vhodný způsob řešení u některých vybraných situací s protiepidemickými opatřeními.The bachelor's thesis describes the extraordinary anti-epidemic measures set in air transport in connection with the possible spread of the Ebola virus. These measures were introduced in the Czech Republic in 2014. The introduction of the thesis provides basic information about Ebola haemorrhagic fever, preventive and repressive anti-epidemic measures and preparedness of the Integrated Rescue System. The practical part compares several methods of dealing with incidents with potential infected passengers on board of aircrafts. For the purposes of this thesis two largest tactical exercises of the Integrated Rescue System are compared. The exercises took place at the airports in Prague and Brno. The aim is not only to clarify the issue of a highly contagious disease in the environment of air transport, as well as recommend the appropriate solution for certain selected situations with anti-epidemic measures.
