Význam BIM protokolu ve výstavbových projektech společnosti Skanska a.s.

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je seznámení se s problematikou smluvního zajištění modelů na projektech v oblasti BIM. Požadavky na projektování neboli BIM protokol popisují technickou připravenost modelů, datovou naplněnost a další procesy ve výstavbovém projektu. BIM protokol, který byl zpracován pro spol. Skanska a.s. se skládá z několika částí, které jsou podrobněji zpracovány v diplomové práci. V úvodní části je popsán význam a role dokumentu v projektovém řízení. V další části je rozebrán samotný dokument, který tvoří hlavní přílohu diplomové práce. Nedílnou součástí práce a druhým hlavním bodem je datová struktura, kde jsou rozebrány jednotlivé části stavby a navržena jejich datová naplněnost. V závěru je zhodnocena potřeba a začlenění protokolu do projektového řízení staveb s využitím BIM. Dokument včetně příloh byl zpracován ve spolupráci se spol. Skanska a.s. a týká se pouze projektů komerční a rezidenční výstavby v oblasti pozemních staveb.The aim of this thesis is to introduce contractual assurance models in the projects in BIM. Planning requirements or BIM protocol describes the technical preparedness of models, data repletion and other processes in construction projects. BIM protocol, which was prepared for Skanska a.s. it consists of several parts, which are further elaborated in the thesis. In the first part describes the importance and role of the document in project management. The next part is analyzed the documents, which constitute the main attachment thesis. An integral part of this work and the second main point is the data structure, which is focused on different parts of the building and designed their data repletion. In conclusion, the evaluation of the needs and the integration of the protocol into project management of buildings using BIM. Document including all annexes has been prepared in cooperation with Skanska a.s. and applies only to commercial and residential projects in building construction.
