Bydlení u Grébovky

Abstract

Na pomezí nejstarší části Vršovic a Vinohrad, u parku Grébovka, se v současnosti nachází opuštěná parcela přilehlá ke slepé fasádě sousedícího domu z počátku 20. století. Tento jasně nedokončený pás domů, na hranici městské blokové zástavby Vinohrad a urbanistické struktury vesnice Vršovic, je nutné definovat. Cílem projektu je vytvořit bytovou stavbu, která se vypořádá se složitými geomorfologickými podmínkami a specifickým urbanistickým kontextem.On the border of the oldest part of Vršovice and Vinohrady, next to the Grébovka park, there is currently an abandoned plot connected to the blind facade of a neighboring house from the beginning of the 20th century. This clearly unfinished strip of houses, on the border of urban blocks of Vinohrady and urban village of Vršovice, must be defined. The aim of the project is to create a residential building that deals with complex geomorphological conditions and a specific urban context.
