Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování architektonické studie a části dokumentace pro stavební povolení rodinného domu. Pozemek určený pro výstavbu rodinného domu se nachází v Praze - Lipencích, v klidné lokalitě na konci slepé ulice Na Lhotkách. Mírně svažitá parcela se vyznačuje krásnými výhledy do okolí a je v přímé blízkosti lesa. Objekt tedy nabízí dostatek soukromí, ale i výbornou dostupnost centra metropole. Návrh domu reaguje na svažitost terénu, směr výhledů, okolní zástavbu a les. Na zahradě bylo navrženo biotopické jezírko a stínící bioklimatické pergoly. Konstrukčně je dům řešen jako dřevostavba z CLT panelů, s prvním podzemním podlažím ze železobetonu. Významným prvkem jsou dřevěné obklady provětrávané fasády. Investorem objektu je čtyřčlenná rodina - manželský pár a dvě dcery. Oba rodiče jsou vášniví cestovatelé a dcery studují na gymnáziu. Požadavkem tedy bylo navrhnout do objektu společenskou místnost – rodinnou galerii, kde se rodina a její přátelé budou moci setkávat a vystavovat fotografie ze svých cest. Rodinný dům Lipence je navržen tak, aby vyhověl požadavkům všech členů rodiny, podporoval jejich společné setkávání, ale zároveň dopřál každému dostatek soukromí.The bachelor’s thesis aims to compile an architectural study and parts from the permit documentation of a family house. The property land is located in Prague – Lipence, in quiet surroundings at the end of the dead-end street Na Lhotkách. The gently sloping terrain of the property plot is characterized by stunning views of the surroundings and its direct proximity to the forest. Therefore, the property offers plenty of privacy but also excellent access to the metropolis centre. The design of the house corresponds to the slope of the terrain, the directions of the views, the surrounding buildings, and the forest. A biotope pond and shading bioclimatic pergolas were designed in the garden. The construction is from timber CLT panels, with the first underground floor made of reinforced concrete. A prominent feature is the timber cladding of the ventilated facade. The investor is a four-member family, a married couple with two daughters. Both parents are passionate travellers, and the daughters are grammar-school students. Therefore, the requirement was to design a gathering room for all – a family gallery - where the family and friends could meet and display photographs from their travels. The Family House Lipence is designed to suit the requirements of all family members. It supports family gatherings but also indulges every member enough privacy.
