Úloha radiologického asistenta při nevaskulární intervenci - vertebroplastice

Abstract

V bakalářské práci se zabýváme vybranou nevaskulární intervenční metodou - vertebroplastikou, úlohou radiologického asistenta při ní a mírou informovanosti pacientů a středního zdravotnického personálu o této minimální invazivní technice léčby obratlového těla. V teoretické části je přehledně popsána anatomie s fyziologií páteře a etiopatogeneze onemocnění vedoucích k možnému léčebnému řešení - vertebroplastice. Dále v textu uvádíme možnosti radiologické diagnostiky při rozpoznávání a verifikaci těchto onemocnění a vysvětlujeme princip samotné léčebné metody. V neposlední řadě se zabýváme úlohou radiologického asistenta před, v průběhu a po tomto intervenčním výkonu, přičemž rovněž přihlížíme k radiační ochraně. V praktické části, formou kvantitativního výzkumu metodou strukturovaného dotazníku, zjišťujeme informovanost pacientů a středního zdravotnického personálu o léčebné metodě - vertebroplastice. Na základě předpokládaných odpovědí a zjištěných hrubých dat z dotazníku, přistupujeme k tvorbě informačního letáku, který by měl být v praxi především nápomocný lepšímu pochopení této léčebné metody pacienty, a zároveň by měl také přispět k lepšímu objasnění tohoto výkonu střednímu zdravotnickému personálu.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe a selected non-vascular interventional method - vertebroplasty, the role of a radiological assistant and the level of awareness of patients and paramedical staff about this minimal invasive technique. In the theoretical part I describe anatomy and physiology of the spine and etiopathogenesis of the diseases leading to a possible treatment solution - vertebroplasty. Further we present the possibilities of radiological diagnostics in recognition and verification of these diseases and explain the principle of the treatment method itself. Finally, we deal with the role of the radiological assistant before, during and after this intervention, while also considering radiation protection. In the practical part we survey awareness of patients and paramedical staff about the treatment method - vertebroplasty by quantitative research by the method of structured form. Based on the anticipated responses and the raw form data found, we are approaching the creation of an information leaflet which in practice should primarily help patients to better understand this treatment method and at the same time contribute to better clarification of this performance to paramedical staff.
