Abstract
Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh obytného domu s obchodním parterem v Praze 19 - Kbely. Práce navazuje na předdiplomní projekt, jehož náplní byla urbanistická studie řešeného území. Obytný dům je umístěn poblíž jádra Kbely, v jeho okolí se nachází park, ale také hlavní dopravní tepna. Dům je součástí dlouhé ulice z jižní strany, která slouží dopravě a zásobování a také vjezd do garáže. Na severozápadní části je zklidněná zóna a již zmíněný park. V přízemí jsou umístěny komerční prostory a také kavárna na západní straně a komunikace pro bytový dům. V domě jsou navrženy tři typy bytů - velkorysý, standardní a ateliérový, ale každý byt má velkorysý balkon, který je částečně zastíněný.
The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of a residential building with a commercial ground floor in Prague 19 - Kbely. The thesis builds upon the pre-diploma project, which focused on an urban study of the area in question. The residential building is located near the core of Kbely, with a park as well as a main transportation artery in its vicinity. The building is part of a long street on the southern side, which serves transportation and supply purposes, including garage access. The northwestern part is a tranquil zone, featuring the aforementioned park. On the ground floor, there are commercial spaces, a café on the western side, and communication areas for the residential building. The building includes three types of apartments: spacious, standard, and studio, each with a generously-sized balcony that is partially shaded.
