Tvorba rozpočtových ukazatelů pro rekonstrukce bytů

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou rekonstrukcí bytů ve standardním a nadstandardním provedení. Teoretická část je zaměřena na definování standardů a nadstandardů ve stavebnictví a popis konkrétních projektů rekonstrukcí bytů, včetně použitých standardů pro jednotlivé konstrukce. Ve druhé části práce jsou navrženy rozpočtové ukazatele pro rekonstrukce bytů na základě položkových rozpočtů sedmi konkrétních projektů. Závěrečná část se zaměřuje na návrh jednoduchého nástroje v programu Microsoft Excel pro jednoduchou aplikaci nově vytvořených rozpočtových ukazatelů v závislosti na zvoleném standardu provedení a celkové podlahové ploše bytu.The diploma thesis deals with the issues of apartments' reconstruction in standard and above standard design. The theoretical part is focused on defining common and high standards in civil engineering and the description of particular reconstruction projects including the applied standards for individual constructions. In the second part of the thesis the budget indicators for the reconstruction of apartments are proposed and these are based on the itemized budgets of seven particular projects. The final part focuses on the design of a simple tool in Microsoft Excel for simple application of newly created budget indicators depending on the chosen design standard and the total floor area of the apartment.
