Praha - Letňany. Centrální část přestavby postindustriálního území Avia.

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je komplexní návrh urbanistické studie přestavby postindustriálního areálu Avia v Praze Letňanech (předdiplomní projekt) a detailní návrh centrální části této přestavby (diplomní projekt). Jedná se o prostorové a funkční vymezení centrálního veřejného prostoru území s dopracováním urbanistické struktury, návrhem parkové plochy a návrhem dvou prostorů náměstí včetně prvků mobiliáře. Dále jsou v projektu řešeny vybrané objekty veřejné vybavenosti navazující na tento veřejný prostor a to v architektonicko-objemové studii. Součástí řešení je návrh parkové plochy navazující na příměstskou krajinu a to včetně zahradně-architektonického konceptu a výběru sortimentu rostlin. V poslední části je řešena i technická infrastruktura v širším kontextu území.The subject of the thesis is a comprehensive proposal for the urban studies redevelopment of post-industrial area of Avia in Prague-Letňany (previous project) and detailed design of the central part of this redevelopment (master's project). This is a spatial and functional delimitation of the central public space of the territory with the finalized urban structure, the proposal of the park area and two spaces of the square, including elements of street furniture. Furthermore, the project addressed selected objects of a public amenity building on the public space and in architectural-volumetric study. Part of the solution is the proposal of park areas adjacent to the suburban landscape including garden-architectural concept and choice assortment of plants. In the last part is solved the technical infrastructure in the broader context of the territory.
