Stavebně technologický projekt Zámek Chřešťovice

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce bylo vypracování stavebně-technologického projektu rekonstrukce zámku v Chřešťovicích. Práce řeší návrh postupu výstavby pomocí jednotlivých částí STP, jako je posouzení předané projektové dokumentace, prostorová, technologická a časová struktura, návrh zařízení staveniště. Součástí bylo také vypracování dvou technologických postupů prací. Na závěr, v rámci seminární části, byly posouzeny možnosti postupů výstavby. Porovnávala se etapizace a souběžná metoda z hlediska času a ceny.The aim of this diploma thesis was to elaborate a constructiontechnological project for the reconstruction of the castle Chřešťovice. The thesis focuses on the proposal of the construction process through individual parts of the constructiontechnological project, such as the assessment of the submitted project documentation, spatial, technological and time structure, and the design of construction site facilities. The work also included the preparation of two technological work procedures. Finally, within the seminar part, the possible construction process methods were evaluated. The staged method and the concurrent method were compared in terms of time and cost.
