Psychologický profil oběti bossingu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá sociálně patologickými jevy na pracovišti. V teoretické části jsou definovány pojmy mobbing a bossing, jejich průběh, příčiny, fáze, jaké mají následky a popis oběti. V praktické části bylo provedeno kvalitativní průzkumné šetření respondentů - obětí bossingu. Cílem práce je ověřit a potvrdit charakteristické rysy oběti bossingu, a tím přispět k prevenci bossingu věnováním větší pozornosti a péče rizikovým osobám.This bachelor thesis deals with socially pathological phenomena at the workplace. The theoretical part contains definitions of mobbing and bossing - their progress, cause, development and their consequences together with the profiles of the victims. The practical part involves the qualitative survey of the respondents - the victims of bossing. The aim of the thesis is to verify and to confirm the characteristics of the victims of bossing and thereby to contribute to the prevention of bossing by paying more attention and by providing care to people at risk.
