Vliv pohybové aktivity na děti mladšího školního věku s onemocněním diabetes mellitus 1.typu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem pohybové aktivity na dětí mladšího školního věku s onemocněním diabetes mellitus 1. typu. Teoretická část práce se zabývá charakteristikou dítěte mladšího školního věku, jeho tělesným, sociálním a psychickým rozvojem. Dále je zde psáno o pohybu a jeho významu u dětí, o nemoci diabetes mellitus 1. typu, o příčinách této nemoci, o vlivu nemoci na tělesné funkce dítěte a o metodách kompenzující chybějící inzulin v těle. Jsou zde rozebrány genetické faktory a rizikové faktory, které mohou vést k rozvoji onemocnění. Práce je také zaměřena na specifické problémy, které se mohou vyskytnout u dětí mladšího školního věku, jako jsou potíže s aplikací inzulínu a psychosociální dopady onemocnění. V metodice jsou popsány vyšetřovací postupy a vybraná cvičební jednotka. Speciální část obsahuje vstupní kineziologické rozbory vybraných 10 probandů, kteří absolvovali tří měsíční terapii a následné výstupní vyšetření. Byla vytvořena cvičební jednotka, zaměřena na kondiční cviky, kterou probandi po celou dobu pravidelně cvičili. V závěru jsou shrnuty nejdůležitější poznatky z této bakalářské práce a jsou zde zhodnoceny cíle práce. Práce přináší ucelený přehled o diabetes mellitus 1. typu u dětí mladšího školního věku. Největším přínosem této bakalářské práce je zjištění, zda pohybová aktivita ovlivňuje hladinu průměrné glykémie a hodnoty glykovaného hemoglobinu.This bachelor‘s thesis deals with the influence of physical activity on children of younger school age with type 1 diabetes mellitus. The theoretical part of the work deals with the characteristics of a child of younger school age, his physical, social and psychological development. In addition it is written here about movement and its meaning for children, about type 1 diabetes mellitus and the causes of this disesase, about the effect of the disease on the child’s physical functions and finally about methods of compensating for the lack of insulin in the body. Genetic and risk factors that can lead to the development of the disease are discussed here. The thesis is also focused on specific problems that may occur in children of younger school age such as difficulties with insulin application and psychosocial effects of the disease. The investigation procedures and the selected exercise unit are described in the methodology. The special part contains initial kinesiology analyzes of 10 selected probands who completed a three-month therapy and a subsequent final examination. An exercise unit was created, focused on fitness exercises, which the probands practised regularly throughout. In the conclusion, the most important findings from this bachelor’s thesis are summarized and the goals of this thesis are evaluated. The work provides a comprehensive overview of type 1 diabetes mellitus in children of younger school age. The greatest contribution of this thesis is to find out whether physical activity affects the level of average blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin values.
