Srovnání účinnosti kinesiotapingu a senzomotoriky v léčbě plochonoží

Abstract

ABSTRAKT Bakalářská práce se zabývá srovnáním účinnosti kineziologického tapingu a metody senzomotorické stimulace u léčby plochonoží. Celá práce je členěna na dvě částí – teoretickou a speciální. Část teoretická je věnována anatomii a kineziologii nohy. Dále rozebírá problematiku plochonoží, jeho vznik, popisuje druhy plochonoží, uvádí diagnostické postupy, které jsou používané při vyšetření. V závěru teoretické části jsou uvedeny možné terapeutické metody používané při ovlivnění plochonoží. V metodice jsou detailně popsány metody kineziologického tejpu a senzomotorické stimulace, které jsou používány jako hlavní metody této bakalářské práce při ovlivnění ploché nohy. Ve speciální části je vybráno deset probandů s diagnózou plochonoží a u všech je provedeno vstupní vyšetření a sestavena individuální cvičební jednotka. Probandi jsou rozděleni do dvou skupin. U skupiny A je použita metoda senzomotorické stimulace a u skupiny B je aplikována metoda kineziologického tejpu. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou porovnány výsledky vstupních a výstupních vyšetření a je vyhodnocena metoda, která vedle k většímu zlepšení probandů.

ABSTRACT The Bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of the effectiveness of kinesiological taping and the method of sensorimotor stimulation in the treatment of flatfoot. The whole thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and special. The theoretical part is devoted to the anatomy and kinesiology of the foot. It also discusses the problems of flatfoot, its origin, describes the types of flatfoot, and presents the diagnostic procedures used in the examination. At the end of the theoretical part, possible therapeutic methods used to affect flatfoot are presented. The methods of kinesiological tap and sensorimotor stimulation, which are used as the main methods of this bachelor thesis in influencing flatfoot, are described in detail. In the special section, ten probands with a diagnosis of flatfoot are selected and all of them are given an initial examination and an individual exercise unit is designed. The probands are divided into two groups. In group A the method of sensorimotor stimulation is applied and in group B the method of kinesiological tape is applied. At the end of the bachelor thesis, the results of the initial and final examinations are compared and the method that leads to greater improvement of the probands is evaluated.
