Problematika ilegálních laboratoří metamfetaminu se zaměřením na výrobu metodou ,,one-pot'

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je vytvořena na téma problematiky ilegálních laboratoří a s ní spojených zdravotních a bezpečnostních rizik. Cílem práce bylo seznámit čtenáře s charakteristikou ilegálních laboratoří na výrobu metamfetaminu, právními předpisy České republiky týkající se této problematiky, seznámení s konkrétní metodou výroby – „one-pot“, který představuje vážná rizika. V neposlední řadě je věnována pozornost kontaminaci a následných sanací prostor, kde výroba probíhala. V praktické části byla provedena analýza existujících dokumentů souvisejících s řešenou problematikou a na jejím základě navrhnuta příručka pro příslušníky Policie České republiky formou metodického cvičení upravující podmínky výcviku zaměřené na činnost před a po vstupu do ilegálních laboratoří. Na základě zjištěných informací jsou v závěru práce specifikována doporučení, která by mohly vést k lepšímu zajištění bezpečnosti pro příslušníky Policie České republiky a zkvalitnění práce ve zkoumané oblasti.This bachelor thesis is based on the topics of illegal laboratories, health related and safety risks. The aim of the thesis is to introduce the reader with the topics and characteristics of illegal laboratories for production of methamphetamine, Czech law on the issue, acquaintance with specific method of production and "one-pot", which does present a serious of risks. Finally, attention to contamination, cleanup and remediation of the places where production was made. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis begins with an analysis of existing documents related to the issue, it is based on the manual made for members of the police of the Czech Republic. It describes methodological exercises, regulating the condition of training based on before and after entering illegal laboratories. Based on the information obtained, recommendation is specified in the conclusion of the thesis, which could lead to a better security for members of the police of the Czech Republic. It could also enhance the quality work in the examined areas.
