Jedná se o bytový dům s galerií, která je situována ve dvoře. Dům má 6 nadzemních podlaží a 2 podzemní, kde první nadzemní podlaží slouží jako aktivní parter a zbylých 5 pro bydlení. Šesté nadzemní podlaží je ustoupené a obsahuje větší bytové jednotky. Ve dvou podzemních podlaží jsou garáže. Přístup do dvora ke galerii je řešen úzkým průchodem mezi dvěma hmotami. Dům svojí výškou i podlažností reaguje na okolí a je připraven i na budoucí vývoj čtvrti.

It is an apartment building with a gallery, which is situated in the courtyard. The access to the courtyard to the gallery is solved by a narrow passage between the two masses. The building responds to its surroundings with its height and storey height and is also prepared for the future development of the neighbourhood.
