Mystery shopping v praxi

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce na téma Mystery Shopping v praxi, je rozdělena na teoretic-kou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se především zabývám vysvětlením poj-mů strategický marketing, marketingový výzkum, a nakonec samotnému Mystery Shoppingu - jeho druhy a fázemi. Praktická část je poté zaměřena na Mystery Shopping vykonávaný ve vybraných studentských domech, které poskytují ubytování především zahraničním studentům. Na základě předem sestaveného hodnotícího archu jsem analyzovala kvalitu služeb, personál a pořádek na pracovišti. Na závěr mé bakalářské práce poskytnu výsledky výzkumu a návrhy na zlepšení služeb.This Bachelor Thesis on the topic of Mystery Shopping in practice is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses mainly on shedding the light on notions such as strategic marketing, marketing research and Mystery Shopping itself - its types and phases. The practical part documents the real-life application of Mystery shopping at student dormitories, which provide accommo-dation primarily to foreign students. On the basis of the constructed evaluation sheet beforehand, the analysis of the quality of services, personnel and tidiness on the workplace was carried out. At the end of this thesis the results of the re-search are presented and appropriate improvements to the services are suggested.
