Rodinný dům - Hanspaulka

Abstract

Navrhovaný objekt se nachází v Praze v ulici Na Špitálce. Okolní zástavbu tvoří rodinné domy a vily. Pozemek, na němž je stavba umístěna, má krásný výhled na Prahu a návrh se ho snaží plně využít. Na kraji pozemku je mírný svah, který slouží jako reprezentativní část a nachází se zde hodně květin, keřů a okrasných kamenů a skalek. Architektonické řešení je postaveno na jednoduchém kvádru, který je obohacen o zastřešenou terasu, která se snaží o propojení přední a zadní zahrady s ?ochozem?. Zastřešená terasa a ?ochoz? zároveň vytvářejí terasu druhému nadzemnímu podlaží, které tak získá široký výhled na Prahu. Návrh se dále snaží o to, aby člověk nezapomněl, že zeleň a celkově příroda je pro nás vysoce důležitá a krásná, a proto je velká zahrada i množství zeleně u domu záměrem.The proposed building is situated in Prague on the street Na Špitálce. Surrounding development is formed by familial houses and villas. The land on which the building is situated has a beautiful view on Prague and the design is trying to fully exploit it. On the edge of the land there is a mild slope which serves as a representative part with many flowers, bushes and decorative stones and rockeries. Architectonical part is based on a simple shape of block enriched with roofed terrace which is trying to link front and back garden with ?gallery?. This roofed terrace and ?gallery? form another terrace for the second floor at the same time, so that the second floor gains a large view over Prague. The design is also trying to make people don't forget that vegetation and nature generally are very important and beautiful and so that the big garden with large amount of vegetation is an intention.
