Změny ceny vodovodní a kanalizační sítě v jednotlivých stupních projektové dokumentace

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce pojednává o proměnlivosti pořizovací ceny projektu veřejného vodovodu a kanalizace v obcích České republiky z pohledu jednotlivých fází projektové dokumentace, ale také v průběhu délky trvání těchto fází projektu. V praktické části se zaměřuje na specifický projekt v obci Kozmice. Upozorňuje na konkrétní chyby v odhadu pořizovací ceny hlavně v předinvestiční fázi a uvádí možné příčiny a také rizika s tím spojená. Diplomová práce poskytuje stručný přehled o proměnlivosti pořizovací ceny v jednotlivých fázích projektové dokumentace.This diploma thesis deals with the variability of the acquisition price of the public water supply and sewerage project in the municipalities of the Czech Republic from the point of view of individual phases of the project documentation, but also during the duration of these phases of the project. The practical part focuses on a specific project in the village Kozmice. It draws attention to specific errors in the estimation of the acquisition price, especially in the pre-investment phase, and possible causes, as well as the risks associated with it. The diploma thesis provides a brief overview of the variability of the acquisition price in individual phases of project documentation.
