Intenzivní péče o pacienta s terapií HIPEC

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o intenzivní péči o pacienty s terapií HIPEC a o tom, jaká jsou specifika ošetřovatelské péče po této operaci. Teoretická část popisuje, jaké jsou indikace k terapii HIPEC, jak probíhá příprava na zákrok a co obnáší zákrok samotný, dále se zabývá možnými komplikacemi a tím, v jakým případech není možné operaci uskutečnit. V neposlední řadě informuje o historii terapie a kdy a za jakých okolností byla poprvé použita v České republice a jak se od té doby rozšířila i do dalších českých nemocnic. Praktická část se skládá ze tří kazuistik ze Všeobecné fakultní nemocnice v Praze, kde mají dlouholetou zkušenost s pacienty indikovanými pro terapii HIPEC. Porovnává, jak dlouhé operace byly, jaká chemoterapeutika byla do těla aplikována, jak probíhaly první dny po operaci, jak dlouhá byla rekonvalescence a zda nastaly nějaké komplikace.This bachelor thesis deals with the intensive care of a patient with HIPEC therapy and the specifics of nursing care after this operation. The theoretical part describes the indications for HIPEC therapy, preparation and what the procedure itself entails. It deals with possible complications and in which cases it is not possible to perform the operation. Finally, it outlines the history of therapy. When and under which circumstances it was used in the Czech Republic for the first time. The practical part consists of three case reports from the General University Hospital in Prague, where they have many years of experience with patients selected for HIPEC therapy. This part compares how long the operations were, what chemotherapeutics were applied to the body, how the first days after the operation went, how long the convalescence was and whether any complications occurred.
