Polyfunkční dům "Sahara"

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je architektonická studie s částečným zpracováním dokumentace pro stavební řízení polyfunkčního domu "Sahara". Práce navazuje na předdiplomní projekt, který zpracovává architektonicko-urbanistickou studii části území Mladé Boleslavi.

V rámci diplomového projektu je navržen objekt, skládající se ze tří hmot, dvou čtyřpodlažních a jedné dvoupodlažní. V objektu se nachází více provozů, jimiž jsou bytový dům, komerční prostory a obchody.

Tvarem budovy je pětipodlažní hmota s ustoupeným parterem a posledním podlažím. Půdorysnými proporcemi návrh respektuje uliční propojení předdiplomního projektu.

The subject of this thesis is an architectural study with partial documentation for the building permit of the multifunctional building "Sahara". The work follows up on the pre-diploma project which deals with architectural and urban study of a part of the terriroty of Mladá Boleslav.

Within the diploma project a building is proposed, consisting of three masses, two four-storey and one two-storey. Inside the object there are multiple functions, including an apartment building, commercial spaces and stores.

Shape of the building is a five-storey mass with recessed ground floor and top floor. The design respects the street connection of the pre-diploma project with its cross-section proportions.
