Vizuální zpětná vazba v terapii pacientů s poruchou rovnováhy

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením efektu cvičení s využitím systémů virtuální reality a vizuálního biofeedbacku. Cílem práce je zhodnocení účinku zařazení cvičení na stabilometrické plošině pro trénink rovnováhy do běžné terapie u pacientů s neurologickými diagnózami na lůžkovém oddělení. Ke zhodnocení samotného účinku terapie budou použity vybrané klinické testy a srovnání dat ze vstupních a výstupních vyšetření. Bakalářská práce sestává z dvou hlavních částí. Teoretická část obsahuje souhrn obecných a současných poznatků z oblasti rovnováhy, poruch rovnováhy a možných diagnóz, které s těmito poruchami mohou souviset. Zvláštní kapitola je věnována virtuální realitě, biologické zpětné vazbě a způsobům jejich využití v rehabilitaci. Praktická část se věnuje zhodnocení účinnosti přibližně 4 týdenní terapie u výše zmíněných pacientů na lůžkovém oddělení, a to formou kazuistik, obrázků a grafů. Výsledky jsou porovnány se zjištěními ze zahraničních studií.

This bachelor´s work deals with evaluation of the exercise effect with application of virtual reality systems and a virtual feedback. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the effect of incorporating the exercise on a stabile-metrical platform for the balance training into a common therapy with the patients having neurological diagnoses at a hospital bed ward. For evaluation of the therapy effect alone it will be applied the selected clinical tests and the data comparison from the input and output examinations. The bachelor´s work consists of two principal parts. The theoretical one contains a summary of general and actual knowledge from the field of balance, a balance disorder and possible diagnoses, which may be connected to these defects. A special chapter is devoted to a virtual reality, biological feedback and methods of its application in physiotherapy. The practical part presents the effectiveness evaluation of the approximate 4 week therapy with the mentioned above patients at the hospital bed ward described in the form of casuistry and charts. The results have been compared to the findings from foreign studies.
