Controlling stavebního projektu

Abstract

Práce pojednává o metodách projektového řízení, metodách controllingu projektu a stanovení odchylek a jejich příčin, které vznikly v porovnání plánovaného rozpočtu a skutečných nákladů. Práce obsahuje přehled základních metod projektového řízení, jako jsou řízení rozsahu, řízení času a řízení nákladů. Dále se práce zabývá controllingem a jeho významem v praxi, postavení a požadavky, které jsou kladeny na controllera a základní skupiny controllingového systému. V závěru práce je provedeno vyhodnocení reálného projektu v porovnání plánovaných a skutečných nákladů.

This master's thesis deals with the methods of the project management, the methods of project controlling and the ways for identifying deviations and their causes, which were created in the comparison of estimated and real costs. The thesis contain overview of the basic methods of the project management, as are the scope management, the time management and the coast management. The thesis also deals with the topic of controlling and its real world importance, the demands on the controller and his position and the basic groups of the controlling system. In the summary of the thesis was performed the evaluation of the real construction project by comparing estimated and real costs.
