Využívání moderních nástrojů pro analýzu dopravních nehod

Abstract

Diplomová práce „Využívání moderních nástrojů pro analýzu dopravních nehod“ předkládá obecný vhled do problematiky soudního znalectví v dopravě, a to zejména z pohledu současně užívaných metod a postupů. V rámci teoretické části jsou stručně představeny technické nástroje, jejichž užití předchází samotné analýze dopravních nehod, kde je největší důraz kladen zejména na nástroje vyčítání a interpretace elektronických nehodových dat ze zapisovačů údajů o události (EDR), jež jsou integrovány přímo ve vozidle. Je zpracován detailní popis práce s nástrojem CDR, dále pak i analýza výstupního protokolu, která je v prakticky zaměřené části práce verifikována na příkladech reálných dopravních nehod. V neposlední řadě je věnována pozornost analýze aktuálního stavu využitelnosti dat EDR v České republice, která vede ke zhodnocení této problematiky na našem území.The master thesis „Use of Modern Methods in Traffic Accident Analysis” presents a general insight into the issue of forensic expertise in transport, especially in terms of the methods and procedures that are currently most widely used. The theoretical part briefly introduces the technical tools whose use precedes the actual analysis of traffic accidents, where the main emphasis is placed on the tools for reading and interpreting electronic accident data from Event Data Recorders (EDRs), which are integrated directly in the vehicle. A detailed workflow for the use of CDR tool is elaborated, as well as the analysis of the output CDR report, which is verified in the practical part of the thesis with examples of real traffic accidents. Finally, an analysis of the current state of EDR data usability in the Czech Republic is presented, leading to an assessment of the situation in the Czech Republic.
