Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá části momentové charakteristiky samotvářecích šroubů pro použití v automobilovém průmyslu. Rozčleňuje proces šroubování na dílčí fáze (zavedení břitu, šroubování, předepínání) a ty podrobuje bližší analýze. Na základě teoretických poznatků sestavuje první verzi univerzálního vztahu pro výpočet dosedacího momentu, potažmo naznačuje způsob výpočtu celkového utahovacího momentu. Představený analytický model následně porovnává s experimentálním měřením reálných vzorků.
This bachelor thesis investigates parts of torque characteristics of thread forming screws in Automotive industry. It divides the screwing process onto specific phases (thread forming, screwing, thitening) and inspects them with further analysis. On the basis of the theoretical knowledge the first version of universal formula for defining seating torque is designed, in other words it appoints to the way of calculating tightening torque. This presented analytical formula is compared with experimenntaly gathered data of the real samples.
