Abstract
Diplomová práce pojednává o řízení subdodávek ve vybrané stavební společnosti, popisuje proces poptávání subdodavatelů v poptávkovém řízení v konkrétní stavební firmě. Sleduje řízení nákupu, návratovost cenových nabídek od poddodavatelů, vyhodnocování a výběr subdodavatele. Práce se dále zabývá vyhodnocením poptávkového řízení u vybrané profese technického zařízení budov. V závěru práce jsou provedené návrhy zefektivnění poptávkového řízení a vytvoření nové databáze subdodavatelů.
The master's dissertation deals with managing subcontractors in the selected construction company. It describes the process of inquiring subcontractors as a part of the demand management in a specific construction company. The thesis monitors procurement, return on financial bid from sub-contractors, evaluation and selection of subcontractors. It also evaluates demand management of the technical building systems. In the summary, proposals are made to streamline the process of demand management and the creation of a new database of subcontractors.
