Bezkontaktní teploměr se senzorem ZTP-135SR

Abstract

Úkolem práce je navržení bezkontaktního teploměru se senzorem ZTP-135SR. Teploměr bude výjimečný v tom, že bude schopen pomocí jednoho senzoru nasnímat teplotu plošně. V práci je tedy nejprve popsán teoretický úvod týkající se problematiky bolometrů a termočlánkových senzorů. Následně je podrobně rozebrán návrh jednotlivých částí teploměru (analogová a digitální část). Na základě těchto návrhů je vytvořen funkční prototyp bezkontaktního teploměru s možnosti plošného snímání teploty. V závěru práce jsou též rozebrány možnosti dalšího vylepšení.The task of this work is to design a non-contact thermometer with the sensor ZTP-135SR. The thermometer is unique because it will be able to scan temperature across the board only with one sensor. The work is first described as a theoretical introduction about bolometer and thermocouples. Subsequently, there is a detailed analysis of each part of the thermometer design (analog and digital parts). Based on these proposals, is created a functional prototype of a non-contact thermometer with the sensor ZTP-135SR. At the conclusion of the work, there are also discussed opportunities for further improvements.
