Zlepšení vlastností povrchů slitiny CoCrMo oxidací a nitridací

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou povrchových úprav pro zlepšení vlastností (zejména otěruvzdornosti) povrchů slitiny CoCrMo, která se hojně využívá v biomedicínském průmyslu. Teoretická část popisuje mechanismy opotřebení a povrchové úpravy, které zlepšují mechanické vlastnosti. Dále jsou v teoretické části popsány použité experimentální metody a nejpoužívanější kovové materiály - slitiny CoCr - v biomedicínském průmyslu. V závěru teoretické části je popsán vliv studovaných povrchových úprav na zkoumaný materiál CoCrMo ISO 5832-12. Experimentální část se již konkrétně zabývá posuzováním a porovnáním mechanických vlastností použitého materiálu po úpravě povrchu iontovou nitridací a termickou oxidací.This thesis deals with the issue of surface treatments for improving the properities (especially abrasion resistence) of CoCrMo alloy surfaces, which is abundantly used in the bomedical industry. The theoretical part describes the mechanisms of wear and surface treatments that improve mechanical properties. Furthemore, the theoretical part describes used experimental methods and the most used metal materials of CoCr type in the biomedical industry. At the end of the theoretical part influence of studied surface treatments on the studied materiál CoCrMo ISO 5832-12 is described. The experimental part already deals with the assessment and comparsion of the mechanical properities of the studied materiál after the surface treatment by plasma nitriding and thermal oxidation.
