Vývoj resuscitačních postupů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce popisuje vývoj resuscitačních postupů v přednemocniční neodkladné péči. V teoretické části se zabývá anatomií a fyziologií oběhové a dýchací soustavy. Popisuje náhlou zástavu oběhu a definuje pojem neodkladné resuscitace. Historie resuscitace je systematicky popsána od starověku až po novověk. Další část je plně věnována resuscitaci v současné době. V závěru teoretické části jsou popsány resuscitační postupy u vybraných akutních stavů. Praktická část je vedena formou strukturovaných rozhovorů, s vybranými respondenty z řad zaměstnanců tří vybraných záchranných služeb s různě dlouhou praxí, s cílem zjistit míru znalosti aktuálních resuscitačních postupů a jejich využívání v praxi s důrazem na kvalitu práce. Grafické vyhodnocení výsledků šetření nabízí porovnání sledovaných fenoménů mezi záchrannými službami v České republice.This thesis describes the development of the resuscitation procedures in prehospital emergency care. The theoretical part deals with the anatomy and physiology of the circulatory and respiratory systems first. It describes the sudden arrest of circulation and defines the concept of emergency resuscitation. The history of resuscitation is being systematically documented from ancient to modern times. The following part is then fully devoted to the resuscitation of current times. At the end of the theoretical part, the resuscitation procedures in selected acute conditions are being described. The practical part is conducted by means of structured interviews with respondents of the three selected emergency services with varying practices, in order to determine their level of knowledge of current resuscitation practices and their use in practice with an emphasis on the quality of work. The graphical evaluation of the results of the investigation offers a comparison of the observed phenomena between the emergency services in the Czech republic.
