Multifunkční objekt v Horoměřicích

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh multifunkčního objektu v Horomeřicích v obci západně za Prahou. Návrh objektu vychází z předdiplomního projektu, kde byl zpracován architektonicko-urbanistický koncept centra obce Horoměřice. Nově navržený multifunkční objekt se nachází na nároží centra a uzavírá tak celé toho centrum. Objekt je nepravoúhlého tvaru písmene L a svírá tak zelené nádvoří. Objekt se nachází na mírně sklonitém terénu, výškový rozdíl terénu byl řešen zelenými terasami, které tak umožňují výhled na přilehlý kulturní dům (bývalá historická sýpka). Objekt je funkčně rozdělen do dvou částí, část administrativní a část bytová. Každá část má vlastní vstup a jsou i vizuelně od sebe odlišeny. V přízemí objektu se pak nachází komerční prostory a restaurace. Část administrativní je o jedno podlaží více, nachází se zde rozlehlá terasa.The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of a multifunctional building in Horomericce in the village west of Prague. The proposal of the building is based on a pre-diploma project where the architectural and urban concept of Horomerice was developed. The new proposal of multifunctional building is located at the corner of the center and closes the entire center. The object is a L-shaped non-rectangular shape, forming a green courtyard. The building is situated on a slightly sloping terrain, the height difference of the terrain was solved by green terraces, which allow for a view of the adjacent cultural house (former historic granary). The building is functionally divided into two parts, part administrative and part residential. Each part has its own input and is visually distinguished from each other. On the ground floor there are commercial spaces and restaurants. The administrative part is one storey more, there is a large terrace.
